Welcome to Nelson Ridge. Home to great Missouri bird hunting as well as Whitetail deer hunting, and just a wonderful hunting spot all around. We're located a little over an hour north of Kansas City, 3 hours south of Des Moines and about 2 and half hours from Omaha: right in the middle of where Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska meet. We're about 3 miles east of Ravenwood Missouri, a small rural community surrounded by beautiful upland hunting. We specialize in all aspects of the bird dog sport. We do tournament hunting, quail, chucker, and pheasant hunting on our year round preserve. We strive to have an adventure for you, your dog, and your family.

There is plenty else to do in the area when you plan a hunt at Nelson Ridge. Mozingo Lake is only minutes away with a beautiful golf course and camping areas. Maybe you could plan a hunt along with a Bearcat football game at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. With plenty of hotels to choose from, planning a weekend getaway/hunting adventure to Nelson Ridge is incredibly easy.
